Welcome to CLARA!
Here's how to quickly set up an integration between your ATS and CLARA. Keep in mind these are only the steps that are common to every integration. Every ATS integration is different, so you'll need to make sure to access the specific instructions for your integration in the list below.
Steps Common Across Integrations:
In your left-hand navigation menu, navigate to "Settings' and then "Integrations."
Click the “Add New Integration” button on the upper-right hand side of the screen.
Select your ATS (e.g., Lever, Jobvite, Workable) and follow the on-screen instructions to connect. This may mean connecting directly through the ATS platform, accessing and input your API key and subdomain, or other specific steps, dependent on your ATS.
Once all of your ATS-specific integration steps are complete, you can confirm integration is successful via the "Connection Status." It should have a status of "Active."
Next, you can choose to import jobs from your ATS by clicking on "Import Jobs," as shown in the screenshot above. You can choose one job or many jobs.
You’ll then see some options for how you would like to set up your follow-up questions and when you would like candidates to receive them, along with some syncing settings.
Depending on your integration, you may also have instructions for setting up specific triggers and workflows. You can always access these instructions and settings by clicking "View integration."
