Connect CLARA with your ATS in as little as 10 minutes to start screening and scoring candidates automatically.
Introduction
This guide covers the steps that are common to every CLARA integration. Since every ATS integration is different, you'll also need to follow the specific setup instructions for your ATS using the links below.

Steps common to all integrations
Step 1: Open Integrations in CLARA
In the left navigation menu, go to Settings → Integrations and click Add New Integration in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: Select your ATS and connect
Select your ATS from the list and follow the on-screen instructions. Depending on your ATS, this may involve connecting directly through the ATS platform, entering an API key and subdomain, or completing other ATS-specific steps.
Step 3: Confirm your connection
Once all ATS-specific steps are complete, verify the setup by checking the Connection Status. It should show Active.
Step 4: Import jobs
Click Import Jobs to bring your open roles into CLARA. You can import one job or many.
Step 5: Configure follow-up questions and triggers
Once connected, you'll see some options for how you'd like to configure your integration — including setting up follow-up questions and choosing when you'd like candidates to receive them. Work through each option based on your team's workflow.
Depending on your ATS, you may also have specific trigger and workflow instructions to complete. You can access these at any time by clicking View Integration.
