Uploading a new job manually in CLARA is a straightforward process that involves a few simple steps. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process. Please note that an ATS integration typically removes the need for manual job uploads.

  • Step 1: Navigate to the "Jobs" section and select "Upload New Job" from the 'More' menu.

  • Step 2: Enter the job title and upload the job description (PDF format preferred).

  • Step 3: Review and edit extracted experience and skills. If you’re satisfied, move on to Application Materials.

  • Step 4: Decide which application materials you would like to request and note if they are required or optional via the toggles.

  • Step 5: You will receive a notification that your job(s) are processing.

Step 6: Upload candidate resume/CV files (if available) in supported formats (PDF, Word) and wait for them to upload. All resumes must have an email address to process properly. Please note that CLARA supports only one file per Candidate. If you have multiple files for a single Candidate, please merge them before uploading them into CLARA. You can currently upload up to 200 candidates at one time.

  • Step 7: Review and select the candidate files you would like to include and prepare for screening. You will receive a green pop-up in the right-hand corner to alert you that your candidates are processing.

Uploading a new job in CLARA is a simple and efficient process. By following these steps, you can quickly upload and manage job descriptions and candidate files, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Remember, you can always upload candidates later if needed by accessing the job details and selecting the appropriate option. Adding follow-up questions and adjusting AI settings can further enhance the screening process to meet your specific requirements.

Happy recruiting!
