Step by Step Guide:

2. Click "Home" to see your Home Dashboard.

3. Click "Clients"

4. This takes you to your client list, it's also where you go to create new clients by clicking the "New Client" button.

5. The transactions tab is where you will see all of your transactions you have created. Here you can sort through them by address, type, status, client or agent.

6. The "Documents" tab is where you see a full list of all of the documents you have available to you. You will find standard state documents, Frascona/ Damian Cox documents or custom brokerage documents. You can also upload your own documents here.

7. We have 4 different types of templates you can create in GIC. The first is "Documents" where you can create templates for you Exclusive Right to Buy/ Sell or CBS. "Dates and Deadlines" is a specific template for the dates and deadlines section in the Contract to Buy and Sell. Next is "Messages" where you can create a template for any email you are sending out of the system. Last is "Document Bundles" where you can create a list of documents to easily add when you are starting a transaction.

8. The "Clauses" tab is where you see a full list of all of the clauses you have available to you. You will find standard state clauses, Frascona/ Damian Cox clauses or custom brokerage clauses. You can also create your own clauses here.

9. The "Vendors" tab is where you'll find a list of title companies, mortgage companies and TC companies. By clicking "Show Details" you can easily find the vendor you are searching for and add them to your transaction.

10. The "Imports" tab is where you can transfer your past transactions from your old system into GIC so you have records of them. Simply export your transaction file from the service you are using. Making sure to include any transaction report or summary pages and then use the green "New Import" button to import the transaction file.
