How to Add Third Parties to a GIC Transaction

  1. Navigate into your transaction page

  2. Click into the People widget or the People tab and select Add

  3. Toggle from Client to Third Party

  4. Enter the information for the person you are adding

    1. When typing in the email, if this person has never created a GIC account before, click the +Create that appears under the email. This will generate a user profile for them so they can create a free account.

    2. Add their name and select their correct identity.

  5. Send the invitation

    1. Click Send and they will receive an email to join the transaction and set up their free GIC account.
