Step by Step Guide
1. Navigate to your listing or offer in GIC.
2. Select "Vendor" to add Title Rep or Lender.
3. If you see your Title company here in the vendors tab click show details to add the closer. If you don't see the title company, toggle to 3rd Party.
4. Then add the name, email and select the identify of the person you are adding.
5. Once the information is added, you will send them an invite to create their FREE GIC account. *It's not required they create an account but they will be able to view documents, upload documents and sign within the system.
Tip: Tip! If your 3rd party rep decides to create an account, you will have grand them access to documents you would like them to see. The default is that vendor's and guests do not have automatic access to documents.
6. Click "Visibility" to adjust the visibility.
7. Check the documents you would like them to be able to see.
8. Once selected, click "Edit Visibility".
9. You will notice the title rep does not have any access yet.
10. Click "Has Access"
11. Click "Save"
12. Now when you title rep logs in they will be able to see the documents you granted visibility of.
