Edit Client Details

Once you've added a client to your list, that client will receive an invitation to join and create and account. At that point, the client will have control over any edits to their email or phone number.

Agents can only edit a client name within the client user profile, as this field gets pulled into contracts and must be the clients full legal name.

Steps to Edit a Client's Name:

  1. Go to Clients tab;

  2. Find the client within your client list and click into their profile;

  3. Click the Edit button next to Client Details;

  4. Enter the updated client name;

  5. Click the Update button to save;

Updates to the client's email or phone number must be made by the client from within their account, for security purposes.

If you have created a new client and accidentally entered a typo in their email during the process, the best procedure is to delete the incorrect client entry and add a new one that is correct.
