Tips on getting started with Acute

Welcome to Acute!

This getting started guide should help you easily onboard and get the most out of Acute.

The first thing you should do is choose your preferred widget for collecting customer feedback and feature requests. You can choose between our embeddable pop-up modal and Intercom integration.

1. Install the Acute widget on your website

2. Add your first feature request

Get the conversation going by adding a few feature requests yourself. No one wants to be the first one posting.ย 

If you already have a list of feature requests you can import them from a .CSV fie.ย 

3. Set up your account

Make sure to also set up your profile picture and your company's logo so users know who they are talking to.

Invite your team members to Acute so everyone is connected to your customer feedback and roadmap.ย
