Acute for Intercom lets you capture and track customer feedback directly in Intercom.

To get started, go to your Settings page and connect Acute to your Intercom account.

Once your accounts are connected, you will be able to:

Capture feedback from within Intercom conversations

You can push feedback and feature requests to Acute directly from within a conversation. Just add the Acute app to the conversation details section and from there you can see what features a customer has already suggested and track new ones.

You can learn more about how to track feedback from Intercom conversations here.

Capture feedback from Intercom Messenger

You can add Acute to your Messenger Home apps to let users give you feedback directly from Intercom Messenger. Go to the Messenger page, click on Add Messenger home apps, go to Users, add the Acute app and select the Feedback widget. Optionally, you can choose to show the Acute app only to a user segment like paying users or customers with a specific plan.

When your users will open the Intercom widget they can upvote suggestions and leave feedback directly from Intercom.

Show public roadmap in Intercom Messenger

Similar to the feedback widget, you can add Acute's roadmap widget to your Messenger Home and publicly share what you are currently working on.

Go to the Messenger page, click on Add Messenger home apps, add the Acute app and select the Roadmap widget.
