Acute is a customer feedback management tool that offers Support, Product, and Sales teams a simple system to capture, manage and prioritize customer feedback.

What can I do with Acute?

  • Keep track of customer feedback internally

  • Collect customer feedback publicly

  • Collect feedback both publicly and internally

Acute's main features explained

Feedback

Every feedback post represents a feature request/product suggestion. Feedback can be added to Acute by users from inside our feedback widget, or by admins from inside our admin application. Every feedback post can have votes, comments, status, tags and can be public or private (internal). Private feedback is only visible to admins, inside Acute.

Votes

Votes are used to quantify the need for a specific feature request. Every user can vote once per feedback post and votes can be added by users from inside our feedback widget, or by admins on behalf of a user from inside our admin application.

Comments

Comments can be added by users from inside our feedback widget, or by admins from inside our admin application. Comments can be public or private (internal). Private comments are only visible to admins, inside Acute.

Tags

Tags are a great way to organize and categorize your feedback. Tags can only be used inside Acute and are visible only to admins. You can also filter feedback posts based on tags.

Users

Users are tracked in Acute automatically whenever they submit a feature request, a vote, or a comment. Admins can also add users to Acute when adding a feature request or a vote on behalf of a user.

Segments

A segment is a group of users defined by specific rules (or filters) that you set, from inside Acute. With segments, you can filter your feedback and see feature requests coming only from a specific group - for example: paying users vs free users, enterprise customers, etc. Learn more about segments.

Integrations

Intercom: Capture feedback directly from Intercom conversations or through the Intercom Messenger. Learn more about our Intercom integration.
