Do I get back the money I pay to Bits?

We understand why you might ask—some services in the market work like savings-style products. Bits is different.

Your monthly payment is a membership fee for access to our services, including the Bits Store, the Bits Credit Card (subject to approval and eligibility), rent reporting, in-app score insights, and credit education content. Because this is a service fee, it isn’t saved for you and isn’t returned when you cancel, except during the legal cooling-off window.

Refunds & cooling-off

  • 14-day cooling-off: If you cancel within 14 days of starting your membership, we’ll refund that month’s fee in full.

  • After 14 days: Membership fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Store purchases & card repayments

  • Bits Store e-vouchers: These are separate from your membership fee. Once delivered, they’re typically non-refundable (your statutory rights still apply).

  • Credit card repayments: These repayments are for amounts already spent on your card and aren’t refundable.
