Workspace Settings

Each workspace in Blabla operates as an independent environment, ensuring complete data separation between clients, brands, or teams — and eliminating any potential confusion.

From your Workspace Settings, you can manage everything related to your current workspace: its name, members, and your own access.

How to Change the Name of Your Workspace


To rename your workspace:

  • Go to your Account Settings

  • Click on Workspace Settings

  • In the Workspace Name section, enter the new name and press Save.

Your updated workspace name will now appear in the top-left corner of the platform.

How to Invite Users to Join Your Workspace


With your Blabla account, there’s no limit to the number of users you can add to a workspace. You’re free to invite as many team members or collaborators as needed.

To add a new member to your workspace:

  • Go to Workspace Settings

  • Scroll to the List of Workspace Members section

  • Click on Add Member

  • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite

  • Click Add Member to confirm

An invitation will be sent per mail, and once accepted, the user will appear in the member list.

How to Remove a User from Your Workspace


To remove an existing member from your workspace:

  • Go to Workspace Settings

  • In the List of Workspace Members, locate the user you want to remove

  • Click on the (⋮) icon next to their name

  • Select Remove

The user will immediately lose access to this workspace.

How to Leave a Workspace


If you wish to leave a workspace:

  • Go to Account Settings

  • Click on Workspace Settings

  • Scroll to the bottom right and click on Quit Workspace

You will be removed from the workspace.
