Sometimes, your social profile may disconnect from Blabla. Don’t worry – this is usually caused by an expired access token.
An access token is a temporary permission you give Blabla to manage your social accounts. Once it expires or is revoked, you’ll need to reconnect your profile so Blabla can continue working.
How Long Do Access Tokens Last?
YouTube: 30 days
Facebook: 3 months
Instagram: 3 months (via the connected Facebook Page)
TikTok: 1 year
Why Can a Token Expire or Be Revoked?
A token can become invalid for several reasons:
You changed your social media password
You enabled two-factor authentication (2FA)
The social network revoked the permissions for security reasons
The token simply expired
How to Renew a Token in Blabla
Log in to Blabla
Find the disconnected profiles in your account settings
Click “Reconnect” and follow the steps for each network
💡 Tip: Make sure you’re logged into the correct social account in your browser before reconnecting.

Instagram: You need full access to the Facebook Page linked to the Instagram account
TikTok: You need direct access to the TikTok account
YouTube: You need access to the Google account or be a manager of the brand account
