Viewing & Accepting Estimates


Estimate Email

The customer can find the Estimate in their email inbox. The email will contain a custom message, the link to the Estimate, and the contact information of your company.

Estimate Review Page

The Estimate Review page has two levels. The first level displays the customer's account information. This is helpful for customer's who might have multiple properties and need to keep track of multiple Estimates.

If a customer-facing message and photos have been added by the technician, those will appear beneath the account info. The customer will be able to click into each photo to view an enlarged Gallery.

Viewing & Accepting an Option

To view the prepared Options, they'll have to click on the "Review Options" button in the "Review Estimates" section.

Once in the Option viewer, the customer can cycle between Options by using the "Next" and "Previous" buttons.

To accept an Option, they'll have to click on the "Select Option" button. They can also apply for financing by clicking on the green "Qualify Now" button in the Wisetack banner.

If the customer selects an Option, they'll have to provide their signature as confirmation.

Once the Estimate has been accepted, they can return back to the main Estimate page.

If they wish to view the Option that they have accepted, they can click on the "Review Options" button again. The accepted Option will have a green "Accepted" tag in the header.
