Step-by-step Instructions
Invoice Email
The customer can locate the email with the invoice details and payment link in their inbox. This email includes a custom message, a link to view the invoice, and your company’s contact information.
To make a payment, the customer simply needs to click on the payment link provided.
Invoice Review Page
The Invoice review page is split into two columns. On the left, they'll be able to view the invoice, apply for a loan application through Wisetack, and download or print the invoice.
At the top of the are the invoice actions, which are download and print.
The main content area displays all of the details of the invoice.
And at the bottom they'll be able to see the balance due and be able to apply for financing.
Wisetack Financing
If the customer chooses to apply for financing, they will first be prompted to confirm their identity. This step ensures that the identifying information in Breezy matches the details of the loan applicant.
They will need to enter their mobile phone number to receive and complete the loan application.
Invoice Payment
Customers can pay an invoice using a credit card or financing, if approved.
For existing customers with saved payment methods, they can select a stored card to complete the payment.
Customers without a saved payment method will need to enter their payment details in the provided form.
Below that, they’ll also need to provide the billing information for the credit card. They’ll have the option to save the payment information to their account for future use and request a receipt to be sent to their email.
Once the payment is successfully processed, they’ll see a confirmation screen displaying the transaction details, along with an option to send a copy of the receipt.
