Notification Settings
Accepted Estimates
You can configure who will be notified when a customer accepts an Estimate. Users will be sent an in-app notification and an email. You have three options for deciding who gets sent the notification:
Notifying the Estimate creator
Notifying specific users
Sending a notification to a specific email address
ℹ️ Note that only users who have the appropriate company settings permissions will be able to make these adjustments
Viewed Estimates
You can configure who will be notified when a customer views an Estimate that has been sent to them. Users will be sent an in-app notification and an email. You have two options for deciding who gets sent the notification:
Notifying the Estimate creator
Notifying specific users
Estimates Reminders
You can Configure when the customer will be reminded about an outstanding estimate that's been sent to them. The available options are:
Send Reminder After: 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days, Don't Send
Follow-up: 1 time, 2 times, 3 times
Save Changes
