Notification Settings Guide

Use these settings to make sure the right people are notified when important events occur in your account. You can customize notifications for emails, estimates, invoices, payments, online bookings, and nightly reports.


Reply To

When a customer replies to an automated email, their response will be sent to the email address you set here.

Field: Email – Enter the address where all automated email replies should be delivered.


Estimates

Control who gets notified about estimate-related activity.

  • Accepted Estimates – Choose who is notified when a customer accepts an estimate. Notifications are sent both in-app and by email.
    Options:

    • Notify the estimate creator

    • Notify specific users

    • Send a copy to a specific email address

  • Viewed Estimates – Choose who is notified when a customer views an estimate that has been sent to them. Notifications are sent both in-app and by email.
    Options:

    • Notify the estimate creator

    • Notify specific users

  • Estimate Reminder – Set when a customer should be reminded about an outstanding estimate.

    • Send Reminder – Choose the number of days after sending before the reminder is sent.

    • Follow-up – Set how many additional reminders will be sent.


Invoices

Control notifications for invoice activity.

  • Payment Reminder – Set when customers will be reminded about outstanding invoices.

    • Send Reminder – Choose the number of days after sending before the reminder is sent.

    • Follow-up – Set how many additional reminders will be sent.


Payments

Manage notifications related to payment activity.

  • Failed Payments – Choose who is notified when a payment fails.
    Options:

    • Notify the invoice creator

    • Notify specific users

    • Send a copy to a specific email address

  • Lapsed Payments for Maintenance Plans – Choose who is notified when a customer’s maintenance plan payment lapses.
    Options:

    • Notify specific users

    • Send a copy to a specific email address


Online Booking

Set up notifications for booking activity.

  • Job Requests & Instant Bookings – Choose who is notified when a new Job Request or Instant Booking is created.
    Options:

    • Send notification to specific users

    • Notify a specific email address


Nightly Reports

Configure automatic nightly reports.

  • Material Restock Report – Choose who is notified when materials are used on jobs.
    Options:

    • Send report to specific users

    • Send a copy to a specific email address
