Step-by-Step Instructions

Listing Page

The Estimates listing page will display all of the Estimates across all jobs and accounts. This is helpful for when you want to have a birds-eye view of how many outstanding Estimates are in the pipeline. It can also be used by comfort advisors to filter by the Estimates that they have created to follow up with customers.

At the top of the page are the Estimate Scorecards. These scorecards offer high-level KPIs for all historical Estimates in the system, categorized by status.

The scorecards include:

  • Outstanding (Created, Sent, Reviewed)

  • Accepted

  • Voided

  • Closed - Lost

Beneath the scorecards you can find the Search, Filter, and Sort bar. You can search by a number of criteria, such as account name, address, and job type.

For filters, you can select from Job Classes, Estimate Status, Created By, and Time Frame.

The list can be Sorted by Issue Date (Newest), Issue Date (Oldest), Dollar Amount (Highest), and Created By (Aโ€“Z).

The Estimate List is organized into the following columns:

  • Actions: Edit, Download PDF, Print, Change Status, Change Selected Option (if "Accepted")

  • Details: Estimate Number, Account, Job, Location, and Estimate Options

  • Status: Draft, Created, Sent, Reviewed, Accepted, Voided, Closed - Lost

  • Contact: Name, Phone Number, Email (if a phone number doesn't exist)

  • Created Date: Date the Estimate was created

  • Created By: the person who created the Estimate
