Canceling a Visit

If you need to manually cancel a visit from the Tech App, tap on the downward facing carrot icon.

A modal will appear that contains all of the available statuses you can update the visit to.

Tap on "Cancel Visit".

You'll be asked for a cancelation reason and you can optionally enter a note for the dispatch team. Canceling the Visit will take you back to the home screen and you will no longer be able to access it.

And it's as simple as that!
