Step-by-step Instructions

App Overview

The tech app is your central hub for managing tasks and delivering exceptional service. It’s where you’ll access your visits, view scheduled meetings, create estimates and invoices, collect payments, and collaborate seamlessly with the back office team.

App Navigation & Actions

The bottom menu is your main navigation tool in the app, featuring four primary pages and a central actions button:

  • Home Page

  • Schedule

  • Customer Account Search

  • More: Customer support, App Installation, User Settings, Referring, Back Office Access, and Logging Out.

The blue button in the center of the navigation is the Actions Button.

On top-level pages, tapping it reveals global actions like creating a job, account, or maintenance plan.

On a visit details page, it shows global actions plus visit-specific actions, such as scanning an equipment label, creating an estimate, or generating an invoice.

Home

The home page is where you'll clock in, check notifications, view your assigned visits for the day, and follow up on customer estimates you’ve sent.

Tapping on a visit card opens the Visit Details page.

The Visit Details page provides all the information about the call and allows you to perform visit-specific actions, such as creating estimates or invoices.

Schedule

The schedule page displays all your meetings, including internal meetings and customer visits.

Tapping on a visit opens the Visit Details page. This is the same page we accessed from the Home page.

Account Search

The search page enables you to look up customer accounts in the system using their name, service address, phone number, or email address

ℹ️ Your app permissions determine which accounts you can access—this may include all accounts or only those linked to jobs assigned to you.

Tap on an account to open the account details page, where you can view the customer’s complete history.

More

Tapping on the "•••" icon icon opens additional pages and actions.

You'll see items such as:

  • Viewing the help center and sending us a support message

  • Installing the app

  • Accessing your user settings

  • Referring Breezy and receiving a $100 amazon gift card

  • Accessing the back office version of Breezy

  • Logging out

And there you have it. That's a crash course on the main pages of the tech app.
