About the Home Screen

The home screen is a dynamic hub where you can see your daily calls, clock-in status, weather forecast, and notifications. It also features the Docket for tracking and following up on open estimates from the last 90 days. It's a central place in the app as you complete visits and progress through your day.

Weather, Clocking In, & Notifications

At the top left of the page, you’ll see the weather chip, which shows the day’s forecast. Tap on the weather chip to view a more detailed forecast.

On the top right, there is the timesheet button. If you’re not clocked in, an orange banner will indicate this.

Once you clock in, the banner disappears, and the timesheet button turns green, displaying the total time you’ve been clocked in.

To clock out, tap the timesheet button again to open a modal.

Next to the timesheet button is the notifications button. If there are new notifications, a small red dot will appear on the button.

Tapping it will take you to the notifications page where you'll be able to view and interact with notifications.

Today's Visits

The top section of the page shows all your scheduled visits for the day, with the section header displaying today’s date and the total number of visits assigned and completed.

Each visit appears as a card, and if there are multiple visits, you can swipe horizontally to browse through them.

The header of the visit card displays a color indicator representing the job class, the Visit type, job type, and job number. The progress meter will communicate the current status of the visit. If they’re a maintenance plan member you’ll see an icon.

The body of the visit card displays your assigned time for the visit, the service location, and point of contact details.

The footer of the visit card displays actions for viewing the details page, routing directions, calling the contact, or viewing the customer's service history.

Visit cards have two primary states: current/upcoming and completed. Current or upcoming visits display all information and actions as described.

Completed visits are marked with a green checkmark icon, appear crossed out, and have limited actions in the footer, only showing the “View Details” option.

Docket

The Docket displays any Open Estimates you have. These include estimates that were created and sent to customers within the past 90 days.

Each Estimate card will display helpful data such as the:

  • Estimate number and status

  • Location, job, and contact

  • Created date and prepared by

  • Options + line item preview

  • Available actions: Call and Edit

To quickly get in touch with a customer, tap on the "call" button to give them a ring.

In addition, you'll receive a notification when a customer views or accepts an Estimate that you've prepared.

And that concludes our walkthrough for the Home page!
