The Contacts section shows every customer who has interacted with your AI agents.

Whenever a customer submits a service request through the website chatbot or calls your business after hours, Breezy AI automatically creates or updates a contact profile.

Over time, this section becomes your central customer directory, showing who has contacted your business and the history of their requests.


What a Contact Is

A contact is a customer profile created from information collected during a chatbot conversation or phone call.

Each contact stores key information about the customer so your team can quickly identify them and review their service history.

A typical contact profile includes:

  • Customer name

  • Phone number

  • Email address (if provided)

  • Service address

  • History of service requests linked to that customer

This makes it easy to see who your customers are and what services they’ve requested in the past.


How Contacts Are Created

Contacts are created automatically whenever a new service request is submitted.

This happens when:

  • A customer completes a chatbot conversation on your website

  • A customer calls your business and speaks with the after-hours voice agent

If the same customer contacts your business again using the same phone number or email address, Breezy AI will:

  • Recognize the existing contact

  • Link the new request to the same profile

  • Prevent duplicate contact records

This keeps all customer interactions organized under a single contact.


Viewing Your Contacts

To see your full customer list, go to:

Contacts

From this page you can:

  • Search contacts
    Find customers by name, phone number, or email address.

  • Open a contact profile
    Click any contact to view their full details.

  • Review request history
    See every service request associated with that customer.

This helps your team quickly understand a customer's history before following up.
