What are Breezy Agents

Breezy Agents help home service businesses capture more leads and never miss a customer request.

They work through AI-powered agents that interact with customers on your behalf, gather their information, and create service requests for your team to follow up on.

These agents work automatically 24/7, allowing your business to respond to customers even when your team is unavailable.

What Breezy Agents Do

Breezy AI includes two types of agents that help capture customer requests.

Website Chatbot

A chatbot that appears on your website and talks to visitors. It can:

  • Answer customer questions

  • Guide visitors through a conversation

  • Collect service request details

  • Capture contact information

After-Hours Voice Agent

An AI phone assistant that answers incoming calls when your team is unavailable. It can:

  • Greet callers after business hours

  • Hold natural conversations with customers

  • Capture service details and contact information

  • Create service requests for your team

Both agents automatically gather customer information and create a service request inside Breezy.

How Breezy AI Works

The process is simple and happens automatically.

Step 1

A potential customer:

  • Visits your website

  • Or calls your business number

Step 2

The chatbot or voice agent:

  • Greets the customer

  • Answers basic questions

  • Collects service request details

Step 3

Breezy creates a service request and notifies your team by:

  • Email

  • SMS text message

Step 4

Your team:

  • Follows up with the customer

  • Books the job

  • Updates the request status

Getting Started with Breezy AI

Setting up Breezy AI typically takes 15–30 minutes.

Follow the steps below to configure your account.

Step 1: Log In

Go to the Breezy AI website and sign in using your email address.

Step 2: Set Up Your Company Profile

Your company profile tells Breezy AI who you are so the AI agents can accurately represent your business.

Go to:

Company Settings → Company Profile

Fill in the following information:

  • Company name
Your business name as customers should see it.

  • Phone number
    Your main business phone number.

  • Website
    Your website URL.

  • Description
A short paragraph explaining what your business does.
Adding more details helps the AI respond more accurately.

  • Logo
    Upload your company logo.

  • Timezone
Make sure this matches the location where your business operates.

Click Save when finished.

Step 3: Define Your Service Area

Your service area tells Breezy where your business operates.

This prevents the AI from accepting requests from customers outside your coverage zone.

Go to:

Company Settings → Service Area

Add:

  • States

  • Provinces

  • ZIP codes

  • Postal codes

for the locations your business serves.

Step 4: Add Your Job Types

Job types represent the services your business offers.

Examples include:

  • AC Repair

  • Furnace Tune-Up

  • Drain Cleaning

Go to:

Company Settings → Job Types

Add each service and include a short description so the AI understands what the job involves.

Step 5: Set Your Business Hours

Your business hours tell Breezy when your team is available.

Go to:

Company Settings → Business Hours

Set:

  • Opening time for each day

  • Closing time for each day

You can also:

  • Mark days as Closed

  • Enable emergency service outside business hours

Step 6: Configure Notifications

Notifications ensure your team is alerted when a new service request is created.

Go to:

Company Settings → Notifications

Add the people who should receive alerts.

Email notifications

  • Add one or more email addresses

SMS notifications

  • Add one or more phone numbers

You can add multiple recipients so different team members stay informed.

Step 7: Set Up the Website Chatbot

To configure the chatbot that appears on your website, go to:

Agents Hub → Website Chatbot

At minimum, configure the following settings:

  • Agent name
The name the chatbot uses when speaking to customers.

  • Greeting message
The first message customers see when starting a chat.

  • Lead fields
The information the chatbot collects, such as:

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • Service address

Once configured, follow the embed instructions to add the chatbot to your website.

Step 8: Enable the After-Hours Voice Agent

If you want Breezy AI to answer calls outside business hours, go to:

Agents Hub → After-Hours Voice Agent

Follow the setup instructions to enable the phone agent.

You're Ready

Once your chatbot or voice agent is active, customers can start contacting your business.

Any service requests submitted will:

  • Appear in Service Requests

  • Notify your team automatically

From there, your team can:

  • Follow up with the customer

  • Schedule the job

  • Update the request status.
