Your Service Area defines the geographic locations where your business operates.
This helps prevent the AI from accepting service requests from customers outside your coverage zone.
You can add locations using:
US States
Canadian Provinces
ZIP Codes
Postal Codes
To add a location:
Start typing the state, province, or ZIP code.
Select the correct location from the dropdown list.
Adding ZIP codes or postal codes allows for more precise service coverage.
Job Types
Job Types represent the services your business offers.
Your AI agents use job types to:

Categorize service requests correctly
