Making an Online Order

Here is a step-by-step guide to placing orders in the Carrot store.

Registration

  1. Go to the embedded store on your website. This will typically be located at “/store” like “www.yourdispensary.com/store”

  2. Enter your cell phone number and you will receive a confirmation code via SMS

  3. Enter the confirmation code into the prompt.

  4. If it's your first time ordering through the new store app, you will need to add your name and birthday for age verification.

Navigating the Store

  1. You will land on the homepage screen.

  1. Your homepage contains

    1. A list of available product categories in your store

    1. Display cards for any active specials

    1. Product carousels showing products on special and bestselling products.

  1. A search bar for products

  1. To search for a particular vendor, use the "Brand" filter dropdown at the top

  1. To search for a particular strain, use the "Strain filter" at the top.

  1. Click on the product to see its details. The price on the product is its price range for different weights

Ordering a Product

In the product detail page, select a quantity and tap or click Add to Cart

The first time you add a product you will be shown all available order methods.

Remove Items from your cart

To remove an Item from the cart simply click the red X

Checkout

To go to the checkout screen, tap or click on the cart in the top righthand corner of the screen.

Choose your Order Method

If you chose delivery and it is your first time, you will need to enter your address. Enter your address including street number, but not apartment number at the top of the screen.

Depending on the requirements of the dispensary, you may need to upload a photo of your ID or write in your license information
