Customer Chat

Customer Chat gives the dispensary a direct line to the customers. This is a quick, efficient way to troubleshoot customer problems and inform customers as needed.

  1. Order status is shown with Icons, these icons correspond to the Order Fulfilment workflows.

  2. Unresolved messages can easily be resolved by clicking the Resolve Conversation button. This will let other team members know that the issue has been resolved and the order is in good standing.
