You have the ability to turn on notifications to alert you and your staff of incoming orders or messages.
If you're looking to turn on Customer notifications, for order status updates please see 'Customer Order Notifications'
Open Notification Settings
At the bottom-left corner of your screen, click Notifications.
This opens the notification settings panel.
2. Turn On All Order Notifications
To receive alerts for all orders, simply toggle on Orders.
3. Enable Specific Order Channels
If you want notifications for particular order types, toggle on the corresponding option(s).
A blue toggle means that notification channel is on.
4. Set Notification Persistence
Configure your notifications to repeat until the order status changes to Working. This ensures you don’t miss any new or unresolved orders.
5. Save Settings per Device
Notification preferences are auto-saved for each computer or device you configure. You’ll need to set this up on every device you use.
Notifications are only supported on certain devices and browsers. To ensure they work properly, make sure your computer’s volume is on and that the Carrot website is open on your screen or in a background browser tab.
