Rewards Levels
If you have enabled rewards levels in your rewards program, your customers will receive multipliers on their points per purchase based on their lifetime spend with your dispensary.
You can adjust a customer's rewards level without changing the amount of points they have available to redeem.
To add or subtract from the customer's rewards level, use the status adjustment input on their profile. To access all customer profiles, look for the "customers" tab in the admin. Adjusting points are only available to staff accounts with a manager role.
