Change's Dashboard allows users to log donations for their campaigns. It simplifies donation management with clear insights and bulk upload options to streamline fundraising efforts.
Uploading donations in bulk
To manually upload donations in bulk, go to the go to the Campaigns tab and click on "+Bulk Upload Donations."
From there, click on Open CSV template to create a file via Google Sheets to include all the donations you would like to upload. The template will have you add the campaign names and the total donation amount that you are logging for each campaign.
Note: Make sure the campaign name you include in the template matches exactly what is listed in the dashboard.
Once you have filled out the template, save the file as a CSV and upload onto the dashboard.
Uploading donations for specific campaigns
In professional fundraisers, you may manually upload donations for each specific campaign by doing the following:
Go to Campaigns
Click on a specific campaign in the 'Overview' section
Scroll down to "Donations" in the right-hand drawer
Click "+ Bulk upload"
A pop-up will appear. Click on "Open CSV template."
In the template, provide donation amount in dollars.
Once you've completed filling out the template, save the file as a CSV and upload it via the dashboard.
