Tracking your campaigns

Once your campaign launches, you may refer back to the details of the campaign and keep track of the donations being logged.

  • To track the progress of your campaign, go to Campaigns β†’ Overview and click on the campaign that is 'Live.'

  • A new page will open up containing all details on the campaign, as well as a list of returned fees and donations logged so far. You may also refer to the terms of the SOW agreement associated with the campaign by clicking on the contract on the top of the page.

  • Campaign details include:

    • Status: Scheduled, Live, Needs Reconciliation, Ended

    • Campaign type: Gross, Net (OCF), or Net (PF)

    • Launch / Close Date: date range of campaign

    • Description: the title of the campaign

    • Total amount: the total funds processed for the given campaign

    • Returned fees: total expenses reconciled after the campaign has ended. This only applies to the Net campaign types.

The campaign statuses are defined as follows:

  • Scheduled - Campaign has been created and set to launch on start date

  • Live - Campaign is live

  • Ended - Campaign has ended per its end date

  • Needs reconciliation - Funds need to be reconciled to determine the amount retained by the Professional Fundraiser and the amount going to the charity

  • Grant scheduled - Campaign has been reconciled and a grant date has been selected. Funds will be initiated to the nonprofit on the scheduled grant date.

  • Refunded - The campaign has been cancelled and all funds have been returned back to the merchant.

  • You may also track the flow of funds for each campaign. The payment statuses include:

    • Pledged: Funds will be charged on the next invoice

    • Charged: The professional fundraiser has been charged for the donations granted to the designated nonprofit

    • Sent: We have received the charged funds and are processing before sending to the nonprofit

    • Received: The funds have been processed and sent over to the end nonprofit

  • Additionally, you have the ability to add custom metadata to share with nonprofits. Under Details, just click "View" next to Shared Metadata and then "Edit." Use this space for any extra campaign context or data points you want the nonprofit to see.

  • Lastly, you can monitor campaign activity, including when a new campaign is created or when details are updated.

  • If you'd like to download a full CSV report of all of your campaigns, click on "Export"
