Tracking your campaigns

Once your campaign launches, you may refer back to the details of the campaign and keep track of the donations being logged.

  • To track the progress of your campaign, go to Campaigns β†’ Overview and click on the campaign that is 'Live.

  • A drawer will open up on the right side containing all details on the campaign, as well as a list of donations logged so far. You may also refer to the terms of the SOW agreement associated with the campaign under the 'Documents' section.

    • Campaign type: Gross, Net (OCF), or Net (PF)

    • Total amount: the total funds processed for the given campaign

    • Professional fundraiser fee: the percentage sent back to the Professional Fundraiser for running campaign

    • Expenses: total expenses reconciled after the campaign has ended. This only applies to the Net campaign types.
