Tracking your campaigns

Once your campaign launches, you may refer back to the details of the campaign and keep track of the donations being logged.

  • To track the progress of your campaign, go to Campaigns β†’ Overview and click on the campaign that is 'Live.'

  • A new page will open up containing all details on the campaign, as well as a list of returned fees and donations logged so far. You may also refer to the terms of the SOW agreement associated with the campaign by clicking on the contract on the top of the page.

  • Campaign details include:

    • Status: Scheduled, Live, Needs Reconciliation, Ended

    • Campaign type: Gross, Net (OCF), or Net (PF)

    • Launch / Close Date: date range of campaign

    • Description: the title of the campaign

    • Professional fundraiser fee: the percentage sent back to the Professional Fundraiser for running campaign

    • Total amount: the total funds processed for the given campaign

    • Expenses: total expenses reconciled after the campaign has ended. This only applies to the Net campaign types.
