Change's Dashboard allows users to log donations for their campaigns. It simplifies donation management with clear insights and bulk upload options to streamline fundraising efforts.
Uploading donations in bulk
To manually upload donations in bulk, go to the Campaigns tab and click on "+ Add Payments"
From there, click on Open CSV template to create a file via Google Sheets to include all the donations you would like to upload.
The template will have you add the following:
Campaign name β Make sure the campaign name you include in the template matches exactly what is listed in the dashboard.
Amount β Donation amount in dollars
Type
grant = the amount going to OCF
Note: If your campaign is a Gross campaign, Net OCF campaign, or Net PF campaign, then ALWAYS use "grant" in this column.
expense = the amount going back to the Professional Fundraiser
only applies to custom campaigns
Reconcile
FALSE = you will need to manually hit the "Reconcile" button via your Change dashboard
TRUE = automated reconciliation
Note: If your campaign is a Gross campaign, Net OCF campaign, or Net PF campaign, then ALWAYS use "FALSE" in this column
Once you have filled out the template, save the file as a CSV and upload onto the dashboard.
