Upon logging into your dashboard, you will see a notification banner on top of the page for payments that need attention. These payments are flagged because their nonprofits are out of compliance.
To regrant these payments, click on the hyperlinked "here."
You will then be taken to your blocked donations. When you click on a donation, a drawer will appear.
Click on Update grantee to direct the funds to another organization.
Next, enter the EIN of the desired nonprofit to regrant the funds to, and select the nonprofit. Click Confirm to apply regrant.
Note: All donations for the flagged nonprofit will be regranted to the newly selected nonprofit.
Protip: Before issuing donations to a nonprofit, make sure they are currently compliant by checking their nonprofit profile on Change. If they are labeled as "Payable," this means they have passed all compliance checks and are able to receive funds via Change.
