When the nonprofit is already listed on GlobalGiving
Contact Change to request that the international nonprofit be added.
Change will create the nonprofit’s profile within our system.
Once complete, we’ll provide you with the nonprofit ID.
When the nonprofit is not yet listed on GlobalGiving
Introduce the nonprofit to your GlobalGiving contact to initiate the verification process via email. If you do not have have a GlobalGiving contact, please email ggiving@globalgiving.org.
The nonprofit will need to complete GlobalGiving’s due diligence and pay the applicable verification fee. See GlobalGiving Fees & Timeline Expectations below for more information.
After GlobalGiving confirms that the organization has been approved, share that confirmation with Change.
Change will create the nonprofit’s organization’s profile within our system.
Once complete, we’ll provide you with the nonprofit ID.
GlobalGiving Fees & Timeline Expectations
Unless your company has a direct partnership agreement with GlobalGiving, they will automatically deduct their corporate fee of 15% per donation.
Additionally, there will be a vetting fee of $750-900 USD for vetting new nonprofit organizations. This fee is subject to change based on the country.
GlobalGiving will require a nonprofit representative's contact information in order to initiate a vetting request. From there, the nonprofit needs to submit the verification materials.
GlobalGiving requires up to two weeks to make a due diligence decision. The vetting process can therefore take approximately one month on average depending on the nonprofit partner's responsiveness.
