Please note that subaccounts are a premium feature and require a subscription for access. For more information, see our subscriptions page.

What are Subaccounts?

Subaccounts enable organizations to monitor engagement both within your company and among sponsored charities in the community. By linking a separate account (or subaccount) for each department or charity, you can view all real-time impact data under one account.

This is ideal for: Universities, Socially Responsible Corporations, School Systems, Faith-based Communities, Fraternities/Sororities, Yoga Studios, Sports Franchises, Military Bases, Foundations, and Political Campaigns.

How Many Accounts Can I Track?

Local Subscription: Track up to 5 subaccounts from the same organization. Additional subaccounts are available at $10 per account, per month.

Global Subscription: Suitable for large organizations, this option allows for managing multiple local accounts, each with their own set of subaccounts, providing a comprehensive overview across various divisions.

Sponsor subscription: You can sponsor organizations at $10 per account, per month. For example you can sponsor a local charity, allowing them to benefit from Glocal's tracking features, while you'll be able to serve ads & rewards to people at their events.

For further details on Global subscriptions, click here.

How Do I Add My Subaccounts?

After setting up your subscription, contact us with the details of the organizations you wish to add as subaccounts. Of course, if they’re external organizations, like sponsored charities, you’ll need to get their approval and email.

Once you’ve shared these emails with Glocal, we'll integrate these into your account, enabling you to access their impact data.

We are currently developing an automated feature that will allow you to search and add existing accounts directly from the Subaccounts section—stay tuned!

What Can I See with a Subaccount?

Once subaccounts are connected, you can track their impact under Track > Subaccounts option in your account. Select the subaccount you wish to track from the dropdown menu to access its My Events dashboard, where you can evaluate event performance similarly to your main account. If you are new to using event dashboards, see Navigating Your Glocal Events Dashboard.

Will All Subaccounts Look the Same?

No. Subaccounts are designed to function independently with their unique profiles, names, branding, and followers, allowing them to manage their own event creation and branding. Main accounts can monitor overall impact and also engage in campaigns at subaccounts’ events, which include display ads running during event check-ins and reviews.
