Understanding Your Report

Once you've completed 7 scans, your report unlocks. You'll find it on your Home screen, just tap View your report. Reports pull your scans together over time so you can see your patterns: which states show up most, how you tend to feel at different points in the day, and what you've been working on.

Your Most Common State

The state your nervous system has landed in most often across your scans. It's a quick read on where your body has been sitting lately. Like every state, it's not good or bad, just a pattern worth noticing.

Your State By Time of Day

Most common state by time of day, split into morning, afternoon, and evening. This shows how your nervous system shifts across the day. Tap the (i) on any time block to learn more about the state shown. If you haven't scanned during a particular window yet, it'll simply show no state.

Recent Scans

A log of your latest scans, each with the date and time, your state before your technique, the technique you did, and your state afterward if you scanned again. It's an easy way to look back at what you tried and how it shifted things.

Recommendation

Reports point out your most challenging time of day, the window where your states tend to be hardest, and suggest scanning more during it. If it helps, tap Set a reminder to scan so you remember to check in then.

A note on your patterns

Reports are for noticing, not judging. Everyone's states move around through the day and week. The goal isn't a "perfect" report, it's a clearer picture of yourself so you can support your nervous system when it needs it most.
