If you're currently wearing your Lief device, you can tap it once in the middle to mute auto-dosing for 30 minutes.

If you’d like to mute auto-dosing for longer, you can navigate to More > Training in the Lief app, and choose how long you'd like to turn off auto-dosing under "Mute Vibration."

If you would not like to be auto-dosed at all, you can navigate to More > Training in the Lief app, and set your "Auto-Dose Training" thresholds to 0%-0%.
