Inventory counting is available as a paid add-on to customers on the Premium or Premium Plus subscription plans. To request this add-on, reach out to support@getmeez.com.
Note: Any edits made to your count sheet will be applied on your next inventory count. If you are currently counting, the edits will not be applied until the current count is concluded.
To edit your sheet to shelf template you, make sure you are not currently in a count, click on the three dots on the far right row of the sheet to shelf area you wish to edit. Then click Edit template from the drop down menu.
This will open up your sheet to shelf template to edit. You can:
Search for and add new ingredients to this location list.
Remove ingredients from this inventory location.
Move/reorder the ingredients on your sheet.
Change the unit of count.
Searching and adding new ingredients.
You can add both ingredients and recipes to your count sheets. Just as you would in other parts of the app. Click in the search area and type in the name of the ingredient or recipe you wish to add. In this example we are adding Vanilla Ice Cream to our freezer location.
Your new item will be added the bottom of your sheet to shelf list.
Removing ingredients.
To remove an ingredient click on the circled negative sign.
Move/Reorder inventory items.
To reorder your list of sheet to shelf items click and drag up or down on the six dot symbol on the far right of the items row.
When you have relocated your item, let go of your click and the app will save the new location.
Change the unit of count.
This will change the default starting unit of count for your inventory item. You can still change the inventory count while counting if needed.
Click in the unit of count area, type in the unit you want to change to.
Select the unit you are searching for from the drop down menu.
Once your edits are completed. Click the back arrow at the top left of the app to go back to your inventory homepage.
