What is an Undefined Ingredient?

When adding ingredients to your recipe, you may find an ingredient that is not in your meez database. wasn't properly added to your meez account.

A red alert icon next to an ingredient indicates the ingredient is undefined (see example below).

In EDIT mode, the undefined ingredient will appear with a pink background and a red underline (see example below).

How to Define and add an Ingredient

Click the undefined ingredient to bring up a menu of ingredients. Here you can choose an ingredient from the drop down, or you can select "Create New Ingredient."

We recommend you check the list to see if there are any ingredients that match yours before adding it as a new ingredient.
