Seeing something unusual happening in the app? A page taking a lot longer to load then normal or seeing errors you don't normally see?
Here are some troubleshooting techniques to try before contacting support!
Browser Recommendations
While meez works on any browser we recommend using Chrome or Safari.
Hard Refresh your browser.
For Chrome or Safari holding down Shift or Ctrl and clicking the refresh button on your browser. This will force the browser to reload a fresh new version of the page.
Restart your browser.
Closing and re-opening the browser can give the app a chance to reload and reset function.
Check your browser for updates.
In Chrome click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser, select Help in the dropdown menu then select about google chrome. This will show you your version as well as start an update if there is a newer version.
In Safari to check the version, click on the cog icon in the upper right corner of the browser and select About Safari from the drop down.
Safari updates come with your Apple updates. To see those go to the Apple menu and then System Settings. Click General and then Software Updates. For more information check out this Apple support link.
Clear your Browsers Cache.

Seeing Other odd behavior on your recipe?
Added an ingredient and the quantity or unit of measure is not updating or its showing the wrong amount you entered?
Headers and Menu items not updating or showing the right information?
In these cases remove that item in the recipe and re-add it to ensure the app is linking that information to your recipe properly.
Having troubles printing a recipe or recipe book?
If you printed from desktop - try from a mobile device
If you printed from mobile - try desktop device
Printing from a from desktop and mobile devices have different printing processes. Printing from a mobile device sends a pdf for you to print to your accounts email address.
I created a sub recipe (or recipe) and it is showing the wrong ownership then what I intended.
Make a copy of that recipe and select the correct owner location you intended from the options.
Remove the original and rename the copy to be the original recipe.
Trying to change the ownership of a recipe but it is showing the error "The ownership of this recipe is inherited from the parent recipe and cannot be updated here directly."
You can fix this by changing the ownership of the parent recipe. The change will reflect on the sub recipes as well.
You can also remove that sub recipe from the parent recipe, update the ownership, then re-add the sub recipe back to the parent.

Analyzing your nutrition labels and wondering why fat, calories, etc. is so high?
Create a copy of the recipe.
Remove ingredients one by one and keep an eye on how your nutrition information changes.
Delete the copy when your done testing.
Pro Tip: Want to test out different parts of your recipe but don't want to mess up its current build? Make a copy! (Click the three dots at top middle of the app and select make a copy.)
