💰This is how refunds work in Playtomic
Once a reservation, public match or activity is canceled by you or by the Club, we return the money to the original payment method.
If you have paid by card, it can take between 2 and 15 working days to process. Even though the refund is done immediately by Playtomic, the refund time is determined by your own banks processes.
If you paid with Club Wallet, the refund is instantaneous. You can check this information from the app: go to My Profile > My Payment Methods and click on the Wallet icon (you will see a list with all movements)
Please note that if you paid with card and the cancellation is made on the same day as the reservation, the refund is made in the form of a reversal. In case of a reversal, you will not see the refund credited to your bank statement, but you will only see the original authorization fully revoked after a few days.
