The Playtomic app allows you to chat with the rest of the players registered for a Match or Tournament without leaving the application.
In both activities, the chat you will find will be public and will be supervised by both the Club and a member of the Playtomic support team for any incident.
Chat in a Match
It is not necessary that you have booked your spot in a Match to access the Chat. In case your level is not the right one for the Match but you want to be part of it, you can ask the other registered players if they allow you to play with them.
Go to the Play a match tab in the Playtomic app and choose the match.
Click on it and you will enter the detailed view of the Match. There you will see the ‘Chat’ button. Click on it and start writing.
We remind you that the chat is public. Any user will be able to access it in the case that it is a Match and not a private court reserved. If instead, it is a private reservation, the players or the manager of the club will be able to help you, only if you share the link of the match.
Remember that you can mute or block the chat if you have any problem.
Chat in a Tournament
As in the Playtomic Matches, you can access the Chat of a Tournament to ask any questions before booking your place.
Go to the ‘Tournaments’ tab in the Playtomic app and choose the tournament.
Click on it and you will enter the Tournament detail view. There you will see the 'Chat' button at the top next to the price per person for registration and the Share button. Click on it and start typing.
We remind you that the chat is public. Any user will be able to access it.
