This feature, which allows you to add a result from a match you have played outside of Playtomic (in the past), is designed to allow you to:

  • upload all your matches to Playtomic so they have an impact on your level and ranking

  • have all your game statistics recorded on just one platform

Because, and this is the key point, all your matches count on Playtomic ✌️😉

How to upload a result

There are two ways to find this option in the app:

1. From the "Play" and "Community" tabs:

There, you will see a new item ("+") in the main menu:

Click on the "+" button and a new tab will open with two options:

Click on "Result" and you will directly access the form to upload the result of the match:

📝 The steps of the form are explained in detail below

2. From the "Matches" section:

Within "Matches", select the "My Matches" tab. There, at the bottom of the screen, you will see a blue "Upload a result" option:

Info needed to upload a result:

  • Sport: padel or tennis

  • Players: add the participants and if the teams were doubles or singles

  • Date and time

  • Location: confirm where the match was played. A new screen will open where you can search a new address, or select one of the locations you created before

  • Match type:

🚨 If any of the players is not a Playtomic user, or does not have a defined level within Playtomic, it will not be possible to set the match as "competitive" (the app will warn you and a message will appear reminding you that if you go ahead the match becomes "friendly" instead).

  • Add the result:

You can also decide if you want to share it on your profile or even add a comment with photos to the post.

📢 Please keep in mind that it works just like any other match on Playtomic and the other players will need to have a Playtomic level, and accept the result, in order for the level to fluctuate (if the match is "competitive").
