It is now possible to change your upcoming league match by requesting a date change to the opposing team so that they can accept or reject the proposal. This request can be initiated by anyone in the match.
How to reschedule your league match?
Locate your match in the app and open. Click > Suggest another date
Select which date you would like to change it to and confirm your proposal by pressing send.
What happens with the match schedule request?
The opposing team have the opportunity to accept or reject the request.
If it's ACCEPTED, the match is automatically rescheduled and all players are notified.
It it's REJECTED, the opposing team is notified and either team can submit a new proposal.
The request is applied at team level so only 1 person from the team needs to accept or reject the request.
Things to consider when proposing a new league match date
Availability to reschedule is shown depending on the league schedule timeframes set by the club and the rotation dates.
Availability is shown 30 days in advance, regardless of rotation dates.
Court assignment is automatic.
The cancellation policy must be respected and if outside the cancellation policy, the opportunity to request change will not be possible.
The request will be disabled if the opposing team fails to respond within the specified timeframe.
