The Value of Analytics

The Analytics page helps you measure the performance of your outreach and identify opportunities to improve your results. This article explains each section of the page so you can understand your metrics and make informed decisions based on real-time data.

Total Performance Metrics

At the top of the page, an instant snapshot of your outbound performance:

  • Sent — total connection requests sent

  • Connected — prospects who accepted your request

  • Replied — prospects who responded to your messages

  • Interested — positive responses identified

  • Pending booked

  • Booked — meetings booked as a result of outreach

Funnel View

A visual bar chart of your prospect funnel showing status changes within your selected time frame. Conversion percentages include decimals (e.g. 0.47%) for high precision.

Click on any green bar (Sent, Connected, Replied, Interested, or Booked) to open a detailed Funnel Status Panel on the right. Inside the panel you can switch between stages and see:

  • Most Popular Titles — job title distribution for that stage

  • Most Popular Industries — industries represented

  • Most Popular Triggers — which triggers contributed to prospects reaching that stage

Breakdown by Campaign

A table showing performance per campaign — Sent, Connected, Replied, Interested, Pending booked and Booked for each active campaign. Use this to A/B test messaging and targeting strategies.

Pipeline Health & Efficiency

  • Potential — compares the number of connection requests sent with the total available prospects during the selected period(best practice: ~20/day)

  • Review Rate — % of suggested prospects reviewed in the selected time frame

  • Approval Rate — breakdown of Approved, Monitored, or Denied decisions

  • Top Denial Reasons — bar chart categorizing why prospects were rejected (wrong title, industry, competitor, etc.) — use this to refine your targeting

Export Data

Click Export to CSV (top-right corner) to download all prospects with a Sent status matching your current filters. Useful for CRM logging or offline analysis.
