This article lists what each funnel status means and when a prospect moves from one to the next.
In Queue
The prospect was approved and is waiting to enter the outreach sequence. No outreach actions have been sent yet. You can also see them in the campaign Tab:In the Campaigns tab, you will see two key numbers for each campaign:
Approved → all prospects that were approved
Contacted → prospects for whom outreach has already started
The prospects shown as "In Queue" are the difference between these two numbers
Connection Request
A connection request was sent to the prospect through the outreach platform.Contacted
The connection request was accepted, and at least one message was sent.Replied
The prospect replied to a message.Interested
The prospect responded in a way that indicates interest in continuing the conversation.Pending Booked
The prospect agreed to meet but the meeting hasn't been formally confirmed yet. This status sits between Interested and Booked. It can be set automatically by the system when it detects agreement language in the conversation, or set manually from the funnel status dropdown.Booked
A meeting was scheduled with the prospect. This is the final stage of the funnel.
These statuses may update automatically based on timestamps associated with each action. In some cases, a status may be updated manually if a step occurred outside the typical flow.
How to override funnel status?
You can manually update the funnel status to reflect the true interaction.

How to override suggestion status?
If you need to update how a prospect was classified in Suggestions, you can change their suggestion status.

Where can I see these statuses?
You can see each prospect's current status in the Status column of your Prospects table.
