Profile Settings
Profile Settings apply to a specific outreach profile — they control elements like ICP, excluded companies, LinkedIn connections, calendar link, operating user, and notifications.
Org Settings (General Settings)
General Settings apply to the entire organization/workspace — they control team members, integrations, profiles, and global configurations that affect all profiles.
To get there: Look for the gear icon at the very bottom of the left sidebar — not your profile picture, not your name.
When to use which
Use Profile Settings for anything specific to one LinkedIn profile (ICP, calendar link, excluded companies)
Use Org Settings for team management, integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce), and organization-wide configurations
