How to Set Up a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Campaign

Written by Camila

Spear now supports LinkedIn Sales Navigator (LSN) URL searches as an alternative to the standard ICP-based search when creating campaigns.

Step 1 — Go to Standard campaigns+ New Campaign.

Step 2 — On the Campaign settings step, enter a Campaign name and select the Campaign language. You can also set the Outreach start and end dates.

Step 3 — Under Prospect source, select LinkedIn Sales Navigator URL, then click Next.

Step 4 — On the Prospect source step, paste your Sales Navigator URL into the field. Valid URL types are a Sales Navigator Search, a Sales Navigator List, or a regular LinkedIn search.

Step 5 — Click Next to move to the Sequence step and build your outreach sequence to complete the campaign setup.

Campaign health alerts

If a Sales Navigator campaign stops pulling new prospects, Spear now alerts you directly in the app instead of failing silently.

In the Campaigns list, any affected campaign is highlighted with a warning triangle so you can spot it at a glance.

A toast notification also appears on any page in the app, with the message: "'{campaign name}' campaign has an error. Open the campaign to fix it." Click the toast to open the campaign, or dismiss it with the X.

Each broken campaign gets its own toast, and it returns in your next session if the issue is still unresolved.

Spear checks Sales Navigator campaigns and Event Campaigns using a Sales Navigator source once a day for this issue.
