How does the Qualification Agent work?

How the Qualification Agent decides which prospects to approve or decline, and where to edit the rules.

Written by Camila

The Qualification Agent automatically reviews every prospect in your suggestions feed and recommends whether to approve or deny — based on rules you define in plain text.

Tags you'll see on each prospect card:

  • Agent Approved — recommends approving

  • Agent Denied — recommends denying

  • No recommendation — no rules set yet

Hover over the tag to see exactly why each decision was made.

To get started:

  1. Open your agent from the left sidebar.

  2. Click Qualification rules in the agent menu — you'll see your existing rules listed here, if you have any.

  3. Click Edit rules (top right). This opens a chat with your agent, which asks: "How can I help you to update qualification rules?"

  4. Describe the rule you want in plain text — as specific or broad as you like (e.g. "decline prospects whose company is under 10 employees"). The agent turns your description into a qualification rule.

The agent's recommendations are suggestions only — you still approve or deny each prospect manually.
