Instead of denying prospects one by one, you can deny multiple at once from two places.
Option 1: From the Lists tab
Go to the Lists tab and open a specific list.
Select the prospects you want to deny using the checkboxes. To select all prospects across all pages at once, click the checkbox in the column header (top-left of the list) — a live count will appear. Your selection persists as you move between pages, and you can deselect specific prospects without losing the rest.
Click the bulk action menu and select Deny.
Option 2: From the Monitored Prospects tab
Go to the Monitored Prospects tab.
Select the prospects you want to deny using the checkboxes. To select all prospects across all pages at once, click the checkbox in the column header (top-left of the list) — a live count will appear. Your selection persists as you move between pages, and you can deselect specific prospects without losing the rest.
Click the bulk action menu and select Deny.
