When a client's fixed loan is coming to term, it's important to help them refix or restructure their loan to suit their current situation.
Trail wants to make your life as easy as possible, which means that when this time approaches, an Activity and Opportunity will automatically be created for the client, as long as:
The client has an existing mortgage product
You have set up your automations
As a visual, you can see here the Activity and Opportunity on this example client's profile for their FRR π
The Opportunity will also join your Mortgage Servicing Pipeline.

Want to create a servicing Opportunity manually?
For any reason, if a servicing Opportunity was not automatically created for a client, you can still create a servicing Opportunity by clicking the Create Opportunity button at the top of your Pipeline.Β
