Logging in with 2-Factor Authentication

So, how does it work when I have 2FA enabled? Simple, when logging in it’s the usual process. Enter your email and password and you’ll be presented with a new screen asking for that 6-digit code from your Google / Microsoft authenticator app on your phone.

Enter your code and press verify. Easy as that!

My account has been locked, how can I regain access to it?

If you’ve accidentally input the wrong code 5 times, or someone may have tried to gain access to your account and input the code incorrectly 5 times, you will be locked out of your account for safety reasons.

Simply press ‘Recover it’ below the verify button, and an email will be sent to our support team.

The support team will then get in touch with you, confirm your details, and unlock your account.

How do I disable 2-Factor authentication?

If you need to disable 2-Factor authentication, you can do so from your Security Centre.

Simply select ‘Disable 2FA’ and you’ll be asked one more time to enter the 6-digit code from your authentication app.

If you have any other questions, you can get in touch with the support team here.
